  While I haven't had problems with my drink order in the mornings....the night is something else. The last time I went there to grab dinner it was a 30 minute wait for our order. When I looked at the receipt they had gotten our order wrong. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring our 'correct' order out...AND IT WAS STILL WRONG!!! The tater tots were swimming in their own grease and soaked the bottom of the bag. My boyfriend's burger was practically inedible. It looked like meat and cheese vomited on a burger bun and there was no bacon. My chicken sandwich was okay, but it didn't taste great.
  
  There was plenty of staff there...but only two of them were actually doing any work. The woman that was helping us was nice and trying to be helpful, but she was having to do five things at once. There are some definite changes that need to happen here; New management and better training for employees.

  Best thing any fast food place can offer is AWESOME service. This Sonic has it!
