  Terrible customer service at Cypress location. Went into shop and ordered flowers to be delivered same day on a Tuesday. On Friday they had not been delivered and when they checked found out they had received a message that the shop the order went to rejected it. Sicolas never followed up to find another shop. Debbie Buron (store manager) was rude and never apologized for them dropping the ball and didn't offer anything to make up for their mistake. If I had not called I guess the flowers would never been delivered and my $60.00 was gone too.
  
  Floral Concepts in Katy saved the day and they deliver all over town so use them instead. Their customer service was outstanding!

  Would rate Sicola's 20 stars if I could. Called them for the first time and had the pleasure of talking to Misty who was flat out awesome. She helped personalize my order which was very well received. They have a vase recycling program where you can return the vase for some extra flowers. This place is definitely an asset to the neighborhood.
