  Came in for a to-go order. I ordered brisket and sausage with potato salad. They were out of potato salad, which was very disappointing and kinda ridiculous since it's a main side that most people enjoy when eating barbecue. The sausage was alright but wow, the brisket was awful and honestly, it was inedible. The brisket was SO fatty. I get that brisket has fat on it, but this was another level. I couldn't even chew it, the fat and meat was so unbelievably tough. The worst part is I was already home and didn't feel like driving back to get a refund or give my complaints in-person to management. Very disappointing first visit experience.

  Top notch brisket! Whenever someone says “I want BBQ”, this is the place to go in Cypress. Ordered the brisket sandwich, it was delicious. Would’ve been a five star but some issues with service. Very nice staff just a bit of an inconvenience.
  We will be back!
