    My family and I rented an R.V. for 3 days and had a great time. I read some other reviews and can tell you they are definitely under new management. We have never rented or operated an r.v. before, but Ben explained everything and showed us every step so we knew exactly what to do when we arrived at the r.v. resort. The a.c. was ice cold, bed and fold outs were comfy, the refrigerator worked perfect, we were able to take hot showers, and dumping the grey and black water was nothing like I thought it would be. It was easy, and the way you hook the hose up and empty the tanks I didn't smell anything or have to worry about any spills.
    All in all it was a great experiance which made the whole trip a great one. I would recommend Cypress R.V. to anyone and will use them again on our next trip. Thanks Ben and Troy
