  MOLD - MOLD - MOLD!!!!!
  
  Old, rotten wood throughout complex.
  Six managers in two years.
  Three property management companies in two years.
  All long-term good employees quit after (13+ yrs).
  
  Serious issues with the mail. The photo I posted shows management warning residents not to use the outgoing mailbox. Spiders, cobwebs and trash in the mail area.
  
  No security cameras in the office, mailroom or gates.
  
  The ant mounds are terrible. One lady's baby was stung all over her body inside their apartment and had to go to the hospital.
  
  Vomit, feces, mud, urine, cobwebs, wasps, spiders, etc. on exterior walls and stairs (see photos). They leased to a lady that would defecate/urinate on herself and wander around the complex dragging her bacteria everywhere. Many people saw her urinating in the grass!!!! Reported to management, yet it went on for YEARS.
  
  Faulty water pipes under the cement that they are constantly trying to fix for years. The lines were improperly installed when the complex was built many years ago. There's literally algae growing in the streets (again, see photos).
  
  Stagnant water throughout the entire property, not just when it floods. With the now Zika Virus thing, I'm not crazy about living where there is standing water everywhere. Many residents complained, but it fell on deaf ears.
  
  Fights in the parking lot. A guy actually ran over his girlfriend several years ago with his vehicle!
  
  Giant oak trees are dying at an alarming rate, and the landscape is pathetic at best.
  
  What few security lights they do have are broken, it is very dark at night so we tried not to go out after dark unless we had to.
  
  They entered our apartment for fire inspections without:
  1. giving us tenant notice, and
  2. leaving a notice inside that someone entered.
  Many residents were upset about this. We were treated rudely and dismissed.
  
  Constant thefts & break-ins to apartments & vehicles.
  
  They can't program the gate call box to your cell phone (must have a landline), so if you want visitors, you have to drive to the gate to let them in.
  
  The back gate is broken a lot (sometimes for months at a time). Their answer to that was to lock it with a chain! (see photos). Is that a fire code violation?
  
  One of the older complexes in Cypress with very high rent?!?
  
  It took a lot of time and effort to take these photos because people deserve to know the truth, not just the beautiful photos they display. Google limits the number of photos you see on my review, so click on the Coles Crossing main photos page and you can see 50 of them. I was, however able to upload all of them to Yelp.
  
  I can honestly say this was the worst place we have ever lived in our entire lives.
