  2/9/18 OMG - you are such a LIER. My friend took the arrangement home the day before because she thought she was being released. Your arrangement looks NOTHING like what I wanted and you did not even try to fix anything. And the negative remarks I text to you were comments about how bad the arrangement looked, am I suppose to say nothing if I don't like it. Of course there is also the text you sent back to me with a smart-a remark. Also my email stated a time so I did not have to wait the entire day to get another florist to do the job. You have major mental issues.
  
  2/8/18 - I found this beautiful arrangement "Expressions of Pink" on 1-800-Flowers's website on 2/7/18 and asked if Blooms From The Heart could do something like this, just I wanted it a little bigger with a butterfly and balloon. Lana said she could do something close to it. She had a different color of one of flowers and that was fine. What was provided was not even close to my order. All of the carnations are grouped together at the bottom and then everything else on top. You can only see 2 roses in the front but Lana claims there were 9 to 10 so most were on the back. This was for my friend in the hospital. When I told Lana that I was not happy with it and I gave her a chance to fix it or I would cancel the payment since it was not what I ordered. She quickly got an attitude and said she could not please me and she was planning to pick up the flowers from the hospital. #1 I don't appreciate that instead of working with me for a solution she got a severe attitude. #2 What kind of decent person threatens to pick up flowers from a patient at the hospital instead of working with the customer.
